a bit about me:

Rachel enjoys writing short stories and novels; when she isn't scribbling away in her notebook she can be found baking up a storm (banana bread is her specialty), planning an event, or curled up with a book, cozy under the covers.

I write because I love the feeling of ink to paper, the smooth glide of creativity that exudes from my hand.

I write to convey my perspective of the events around me.

I write because I like the way words fit together to create meaning.

I write to give life to the characters that pop into my head.

I write because I can write, and nobody can take that away.
